不論你是那一種住宅租客(包括天台屋)，只要凍結日你已住在該處，你便可要求市建局發放特惠搬遷津貼。不過，這些津貼卻沒有一定的計算方法。唯一清楚知道的是，津貼的一半會在簽妥退租協議書時支付，餘數就會在交吉後支付。
